• Where do I register for Summer Programs?

• What login do I use for the camp registration site?

  You already have a camp registration account if you have previously registered for an after-school activity or summer camp. The camp registration system is completely separate from myUS.

  
  If you are not sure, please first try the "forgot password" link on the registration page to check if you have an existing account. Please check all emails you may have used.
  
  If this will be your first time registering your son for a summer or after-school program, please create an account on the registration page. The registration site will only display camps available for your son(s) grade level(s). 

• What is your refund policy?

  Full refunds will be issued if requested no later than 30 days before the start of a camp. The only exception is for Boys' Day Camp—the final day to request a full refund is Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

• How do I register my child for extended care program and/or shuttle bus service?

  Our online registration includes an option to register for extended care and shuttle services.

• What happens if there is inclement weather?

  All US camps will use our ample indoor facilities on days of inclement weather, including days with high heat indexes. 

• Can I register my son by the week for the Boys' Day Camp?

  It is our belief that boys foster friendships and develop skills through group interaction on a daily basis over a period of time. Therefore, this is a full six-week camp; we do not segment the day camp into week-long periods. 
  
  We do offer many other one-week and two-week camps throughout the summer if that works better for your family.

• What forms of payment are accepted?

  Payment is required in full by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express (with the exception of day camp which requires a $500 deposit with the remainder due in April).

• Is there a registration deadline? Do camps sell out? Are there waiting lists?

  We accept registrations right up to the start of camps where openings exist. Most camps do sell out, so early registration is encouraged. We establish wait lists for all camps, if necessary. The website is updated frequently to indicate those camps that are full. If registration is full, you will be offered a waitlist option. Please sign up for the waitlist.  You will be notified if a spot opens for your camper.

• My child is only attending academic classes. Do I still need to complete the Medical/Media Authorization Form?

  Yes, all registrants, including University School students, are required to have a completed Medical/Media Authorization on file.

• I've already registered my child for a camp and now want to add another camp. Do I have to complete another registration form?

  No, for your convenience you can simply login to your account and add to your registration.
