Nothing replaces speed. In every sport, the fastest athletes have a significant competitive advantage. Speed and quickness will be the focus of this camp which will train aspiring young athletes the proper mechanics and techniques that will link their current levels of strength, fitness, and coordination to performance in their chosen sport. Camp lead instructor, Nathan Taylor is an Olympic coach who is internationally recognized as one of the top sprint coaches in the world. He's a certified IAAF Elite Coach and had 10 athletes at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games and is also an assistant coach for the University School track and field team.
